Return, Refund & Damage Policy

At FragnFume, your satisfaction matters — we strive for perfection in every bottle.

All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be unused or gently tested only and not damaged.

Products used more than 10% of the volume will not be accepted for return or refund.

Items must be returned in the original packaging with all seals, caps, and box intact.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide photos of the damage when submitting your claim for faster processing.

Once approved, you may choose a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.

We recommend using trackable shipping for all returns to avoid loss in transit.

Perfumes marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these criteria.
