Orders made before 2 PM (PKT) on business days are prioritized for same-day processing.

During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

You can track your delivery status with the provided tracking number.

If delivery is delayed due to courier issues, our support team will assist you.

FragnFume is not responsible for delays caused by natural events or courier partners beyond our control.

For security, a signature may be required upon delivery.

If you are unavailable, the courier may leave a delivery notice for redelivery.
